Using the app in Android auto mode is only possible if it is installed from Google Play

Windows CE-based devices (autonavigators)

to install software updates, maps, and camera databases, use navitel navigator Update Center, a free PC program that helps you update your car navigator running WINDOWS ce or LINUX.
It should only be used to update a running program. If the program on the device does not start or runs unregistered, restore the program manually using the instructions.
