NAVITEL RS3 DUO WIDE is a compact and ergonomic device that does not take up much space and retains good visibility from the driver's seat. The DVR is not mounted on a bracket, but consists of two parts, one of which fits completely on the glass. The second part is an element with cameras, the angle of inclination of which is 70 degrees, which allows you to mount the DVR both on the almost vertical windows of SUVs and place the device in an ordinary passenger car.
The NAVITEL RS3 DUO WIDE sees everything, because the fields of view of the main and interior cameras total 480°: 240° each! Such angles provide almost panoramic control over what is happening inside and outside the car, and not a single detail — a pedestrian on the sidewalk, a car leaving a country road, or a traffic police officer approaching the driver's door — will remain out of the frame.
The NAVITEL RS3 DUO WIDE is equipped with two super-sensitive GC4653 2K sensors that simultaneously record videos in 1920x1440p resolution and save them in separate folders. GC4653 2K sensors are used in video surveillance systems, including night ones, which means that what is happening around and inside the car will be clearly visible, even if you find yourself on an unlit highway on a dark night.
The interior camera, in addition to the GC4653 2K sensor, is equipped with IR LEDs that are almost invisible to the human eye. They turn on automatically in low light conditions and allow you to record the interior of the car even in complete darkness. Thanks to this interior lighting system, the device is great for commercial vehicles, and it is also useful for motorists who want to capture their emotions from traveling or night driving off-road.
The two-inch DVR display is equipped with an IPS matrix with high-quality color reproduction and the widest viewing angles, 178° vertically and horizontally, which allows you to watch the captured videos even at a high angle without removing the device from the glass. The screen is complemented by user-friendly buttons and a thoughtful user interface that make interaction with the NAVITEL RS3 DUO WIDE comfortable and fast.
The DVR combines high-quality shooting and compact files that are stored on a microSD card with a capacity of up to 512 GB. The cyclic recording mode automatically replaces old files with new ones and eliminates the need to manually clear the memory.
The built-in NAVITEL RS3 DUO WIDE G-sensor captures strong impacts, as well as sudden maneuvers, and saves the footage in a separate folder protected from deletion. The sensitivity of the sensor can be adapted to the driving style of the owner and the road conditions in the device's parameters so that it does not work on bumpy roads or during off-road rides. The DVR is equipped with a 280 mAh battery, which allows it to work in parking mode: record what is happening around and inside the car, even if it is turned off and the driver is not in place.
With Navitel DVR Player, the management of recorded videos and tracks has become even more convenient. On the PC screen*, each user can now view and edit the footage, speed up playback when necessary, and loop video fragments that need special attention.
